The staff was so nice, literally everyone I spoke with was so nice and ready to help. I asked for a 2nd room in the middle of the night because I'm pregnant and my husband and i couldn't fit on a double bed comfortably. We also chose a room too small for my husband, my daughter and husband's service dog. So much snoring lol! They found me a room super close and fast, but the bed was extremely worn out. I sank to the bottom on one side, made it hard to get out of bed but I didn't care because it was quiet and i actually got a few hours of sleep.The room was handicap accessible so i had a walk-in shower as well, being pregnant i needed that and was just so thankful for a few hours of sleep and a warm shower, with a friendly staff too. I had some pregnancy related reasons to go home early and they were so helpful with the early checkout. Thank you again!

There was a $20 fee for pets, and there were quite a few in the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though we were on the main floor, and you could hear dogs barking in other rooms when you walked by. Breakfast was excellent, with choices from eggs and sausage to cold cereal, yogurt to muffins; pretty much anything you would want. It's easy to get into downtown Charleston or to North Charleston. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The Breakfast was awesome! The room was great! The girls at our check in and Saturday afternoon were awesome! Enjoyed being about to see the boats coming and going! We sat outside in our beach chairs and watch boats in the afternoon. Really love that this place is so pet friendly! Absolutely loved seeing all the fur babies.

The beds were very very comfy. I loved the layout of the room. It was very spacious. I also liked the shower and the very large full-length mirror. The decor in the room was nice. It made me feel warm and welcome. The heating unit was very responsive and warmed the room quickly when I turned the heat up.
